COLUMBUS, Ohio The Student Alumni Council (SAC) in coordination with the Ohio State University Alumni Association (OSUAA) held the annual Ring Ceremony on May 4th in Hitchcock Hall. The ring ceremony started the exciting series of events leading to Spring Commencement on June 8th.

A reception preceded the ceremony where the rings were presented by Archie Griffin - president/CEO of OSUAA, Paul Barash – president of SAC, and Provost Alutto. Recipients had the opportunity to take a personal photo with Mr. Griffin and Provost Alutto and it was also a wonderful opportunity for friends and family to come together and reminisce about their time on campus. The ring ceremony is a long-standing tradition at Ohio State that instills memories for students as they wear their ring for a lifetime. This year SAC member Lauren Huefner planned the event which has the most ring orders in school history. Congratulations to Lauren, Paul, the Alumni Association, and Student-Alumni Council on creating a great memory for another class of Buckeye graduates!
