SAC FOOTBALL RAFFLE RAISES MORE THAN $11,000

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio State University Student-Alumni Council (SAC) for the second year held its football raffle in order to raise money for its operations and activities throughout the year. This year, the Student Alumni Council raised over $11,000, surpassing the original $11,000 goal.  Members were encouraged to sell tickets to friends, family and the community for the chance to win two season Ohio State Football tickets. The drawing for the raffle this year was held during SAC’s general meeting on May 21 and the winner was Paul Augustine of Gahanna, Ohio.


The Student-Alumni Council is a student advancement organization dedicated to serving Ohio State students past, present, and future through the support and coordination of university and The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc. events.  A member of the Association for Student Advancement Programs (ASAP) and its parent organization, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), SAC strives to advance The Ohio State University through programs which enhance the student experience, promote student-alumni interaction and establish a spirit of loyalty to the university.
